Cooking

Turkey Cooking Instructions

  • We have defrosted the turkey for your convenience. Be sure to remove any giblets from inside the cavity before cooking
  • Preheat your oven to 160 degrees (Gas mark 5)
  • Cook the turkey in a suitable roasting tray for 45 mins per every 1kg, if your turkey is 5kg then you should be cooking it for 3.5 – 4 hours or until the juices run clear when placing a knife into the thickest part of the thigh.
  • If the top of the turkey starts to burn you can cover the top with foil
  • Rest the turkey for at least 30 minutes in a warm place before carving.

Ham Cooking Instructions

  • The Ham is fully cooked, so you only need to re-heat it and glaze it if not already glazed
  • Simply place in your oven for 30 minutes at 180 C or until the ham is heated through.
  • If glazing is requires simply pour over the glaze mix provided and follow the instruction above, basting the glaze over the ham frequently.

  • Delivery to certain restricted areas within Kowloon and the New Territories, such as Kwun Yam Shan, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, and All Country Park in Kowloon, as well as Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau, Luk Keng, Mai Po, Lau Fau Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Lung Kwu Tan, Lin Au, Shuen Wan, Pak Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O, Joss House, Sheung Wo Che, and Ha Wo Che in the New Territories, will require separate arrangements due to considerations of driver availability.
  • In-store pick up is available in Wong Chuk Hang
