Chilled M3-4 Black Angus Ribeye, tied and oven ready. Serves 6-8 adults.

Angus Boneless Ribeye Roast perhaps the most popular cut for Roast Beef, Ribeye, AKA Scotch Fillet is not used only as a steak, but it also makes for one fantastic Sunday Roast! Lots of fat to keep it juicy and packed with flavour plus it carves beautifully. This roast weighs in at 2kg and will serve 6-8 people.

Cooking
  1. Remove from the refrigerator 4 hours before cooking to allow to get to room temperature
  2. Rub salt & Pepper liberally into the roast
  3. Roast in the oven at 200C for 40 Minutes, reduce the temp down to 120 degrees for a further 30 minutes
  4. Take out of the oven and rest on a tray loosely covered with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Carve in thick slices and serve with Christmas veggies
