Tips on How to Cook a Bone-in Ribeye Steak

  1. Season with plenty of salt & pepper, sear in a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side
  2. Roast in a hot oven (180°C) for 15~20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 50°C
  3. Rest for another 15 minutes
  4. Carve off the bone and slice each piece and arrange it back around the bone.
