The Steaks are pre-cut and individually vacuum-packed at around 1 inch thick- Defrost in your fridge overnight then allow to get to room temperature for at least 2 hours.
- Season with plenty of salt & pepper, sear in a hot pan for 3-4 minutes on each side
- Rest for a further 5 minutes
