Tandoori Marinated Swordfish Kebabs 10x100 gram skewers
We have taken Swordfish Steaks and marinated in a mixture of yogurt and tandoori spices then threaded onto wooden skewers
Simply brush very hot grill with oil (so the fish doesn't stick) then grill the skewers for around 3 minutes per side until the flesh turns dark brown/black in colour. (can also be pan fried or broiled)
Serve into pitta bread or prata with salad for an alaternative to meat at your next BBQ.

Swordfish is a white fish that has a firm flesh that is sweet and delicate in flavour. The fillets are boneless and skinless and really good for grilling, pan frying or oven roasting.
