Macelle Private Event Deposit
This deposit is used to secure your Private Event date at Macelle Restaurant, Central
- You will be sent a final bill 48 hours before the date of your actual event, all invoices must be paid in full before the commencement of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon for remaining amount to be paid at venue on the day of the event.
- You may cancel the event by giving at least 28 days notice and we will refund your deposit in full
- If you give less than 28 days notice we MAY refund you all or a portion of the deposit IF we are able to find another client to take your booked date
a) In some circumstances we may be able to reschedule the event to another mutally agreed date or provide delivered catering option (delivery fee will be charged separately)
b) 100% of the total bill will charged for less than 72hrs notice
- Events cancelled due to typhoon 8 will be offered another mutually suitable date.
- Once you have paid this event deposit please forward us a copy of the email receipt to our events manager at firstname.lastname@example.org
