Château Les Valentines is located in Provence, overlooking the Mediterranean sea, a few miles away from St Tropez. Pascale and Gilles Pons-Massenot set eyes on this idyllic century-old estate and decided to make the winery their home in 1997 and named it after their children, Valentin and Clementine.  

Le Caprice de Clementine Rose has an easy approach in a gorgeously pink colour with a pure nose with berries and citrus.  Fresh fruits are cut with acidity and given weight by a ripely spicy character. It’s full in the mouth while remaining completely fresh, delicate and elegant. There is a saline minerality on the palate to encourage another glass.  Enjoy with grilled ­fish, salads, cheeses, barbeque in a warm summer day.
