Preheat
Heat your oven to 180C. Take the lasagna out of the fridge while it warms up.
Bake
Bake covered for 30-35 minutes until piping hot through the centre.
Brown the top
Uncover for the last 5-10 minutes to get that golden, bubbling top.
Rest and serve
Rest 5 minutes so it holds its shape, then slice. Choose beef short rib, seafood or mushroom.
