Steak King Turns 5 Years Old!
Dear customers and friends,
It's been five years since Steak King was founded, and I want to reach out and thank you all personally for your loyalty and support over these years. We literally could not have done it without you. We are by no means perfect, but we do care and will constantly strive to get better at what we do each day.
This year, we have tried our best to listen to you, our dedicated followers, and have acted to the best of our ability on your recommendations. Here are some of our efforts.
Our customer service may not have been the most responsive in the past, but you asked and we listened. We now operate a help desk 18 hours a day, 7 days a week and you can now contact us via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, or ChatBot on the Steak King website, one of our dedicated bi-lingual customer service agents is there to help you.
What’s more, they have trained on our products and can direct you on recipes and cooking methods, we have even created a series of videos to inspire you on how to cook our products.
We have improved our logistics services and now all our deliveries are conducted in-house by our team of drivers. On the day of your delivery, you will receive a text and an email from the driver with a link showing the estimated time of arrival (you can actually track your order via our app), you can now communicate directly with our logistics team so we can customise your delivery needs.
In addition, your product is delivered in custom-made, fully insulated boxes and packed with dry ice, meaning we can safely leave your order outside of your door or with a neighbour and it will hold temperature safely for up to 12 hours. Please help us recycle these boxes by giving them back to your driver when you get your next delivery so we can use them again and again!
We continue to offer you the best prices in town and have introduced a price watch on most products on our website so you can check what other suppliers are charging for comparable items. If you find a better offer somewhere else, let us know and we guarantee we will better that price.
We can do this because we work with farmers around the world directly and import in bulk, meaning we get the best possible prices from our suppliers that we are able to share with you, our valued customers. Our motto is ‘City Super quality products at half the price!’
We have created an Affiliate Program for customers who are fans of what we do and want to get involved, by signing up and becoming an affiliate you will get a set of your own personal codes which when shared with your family and friends entitles them to a 5% discount whenever they use the codes, in return you also get a 5% equivalent cash payment into your bank account each month for helping to spread the word.
At the end of November, we are planning our biggest Black Friday Sale in our history with many items up to 70% off plus free gifts.
