將劍魚扒解凍後，以海鹽及黑胡椒簡單調味，香煎或燒烤至表面微焦金黃。搭配清新芒果莎莎醬享用，以新鮮芒果、紅洋蔥、芫荽、辣椒及青檸汁調製而成，酸甜開胃，完美平衡劍魚濃郁鮮香的風味。
