Acquerello 陳年意大利米 | 皮埃蒙特頂級原產
Acquerello 係產自皮埃蒙特維切利地區嘅Carnaroli米。稻穀收成後經過至少一年陳化，提升米粒質感同吸水性，更適合烹煮燴飯。
與眾不同嘅風味源自獨家螺旋精磨技術，溫柔處理令每粒米保持完整；至少一年冷藏倉儲陳化，穩定米粒澱粉結構，令米香更豐郁；專利技術重新植入米胚，保留全穀米營養價值，成就更健康之選。
Acquerello 可陳化1至7年，漫長過程降低澱粉、蛋白質同維生素嘅水溶性，強化米粒結構。因此佢同時擁有糙米營養同白米嘅易煮特性，烹煮後不黏不糊，最適合製作海鮮飯同意大利燴飯。
