細則及條款
適用範圍及兌換方式
持卡人須於 點餐或結賬前 向餐廳職員出示實體禮品卡，方可享單次用餐折扣優惠。
一次性使用
此卡僅限 使用一次，兌換後將由餐廳收回。
有效期
此卡僅限購買日期起至卡面所示有效期內使用。逾期無效，恕不接納。
不可轉讓及兌換現金
此卡為指定折扣憑證，不可兌換現金、不可轉讓或交易。若折扣金額高於用餐總額，恕不提供餘額找贖。
適用分店
此卡僅限於兌換時標示為「參與分店」的餐廳使用。
遺失或盜竊
本公司 概不負責 遺失、被盜、損毀或殘缺的禮品卡。此卡 不設補發、退款或補償，請視同現金妥善保管。
不可疊加優惠
此卡折扣 不可與其他推廣優惠、贈券、會員折扣或特價方案（如歡樂時光套餐、定價菜單）同時使用，除非本公司另行明確許可。
核實及防詐
若懷疑禮品卡遭損毀、篡改、複製或以詐騙手段取得，本公司 保留拒絕兌換的權利。
不可退換
所有實體節日禮品卡 一經售出，恕不退換。
最終決定權
「牛排之王」餐廳 保留絕對酌情權，若持卡人違反此細則、懷疑卡片屬詐騙、損毀、篡改或複製，或管理層為保障推廣活動或餐廳運作之完整性而認為有必要時，可 拒絕兌換或提供服務。
