建議烹調方法
以海鹽及現磨黑胡椒簡單調味。
將鑄鐵鍋或燒烤爐加熱至高溫，每面煎約3至4分鐘，讓表面形成漂亮的焦香外層，同時保持中心粉嫩多汁。
按照圖片中的風格，將牛排逆紋切片後，搭配田園沙律、車厘茄、牛油果、烤粟米及巴馬臣芝士碎。最後加入一匙香濃紅椒醬或阿根廷青醬（Chimichurri），並配上炙燒檸檬，利用清新的酸香平衡和牛的豐富油脂。
上桌前靜置約5分鐘，讓肉汁均勻回流，令口感更加鮮嫩多汁。
