建議烹調方法
參考圖片中的經典烤羊料理，建議先以橄欖油、蒜蓉、新鮮迷迭香、百里香、海鹽及黑胡椒醃製羊扒 2 小時或以上，讓香草風味充分滲透肉質。
先以高溫煎至表面金黃，再放入焗爐烤至理想熟度，讓羊肉保持粉嫩多汁。搭配烤薯仔、蒜香牛油及新鮮香草一同享用，更能襯托羊肉的天然鮮甜與濃郁香氣。
