有呢個方便又美味嘅漢堡包套餐，你去到 BBQ 場就可以扮晒專家。呢啲漢堡扒係用 100% 和牛臀蓋肉 + 牛肩胛肉混合而成，味道、口感同多汁度都一流。套裝包括
套裝包括：
- 1 公斤黑毛安格斯漢堡免治牛肉（牛肩胛、牛腩同牛臀蓋混合而成） ，完美結合咗味道、肉汁同口感
- 6 x 急凍Bakehouse嘅芝麻牛油漢堡包
- 6 x 美式車打芝士
- 1 x 我哋嘅秘製漢堡醬
教你煮
- 將漢堡免治牛解凍（最好係喺雪櫃隔夜），然後整成 6 塊漢堡肉餅，用鹽同胡椒調味，喺燒烤爐上燒或者喺平底鑊煎（唔需要加油），每面煮大約 3 分鐘。 將芝士放上漢堡扒，等佢稍微溶化。將漢堡扒放喺暖嘅地方靜置 2~3 分鐘（咁樣可以令漢堡扒收汁，防止肉汁流失）。將漢堡包解凍，然後均勻咁搽上牛油，喺平底鑊或者燒烤爐上烘烤。 組裝漢堡：喺烘烤過嘅漢堡包上塗上醬汁，再疊上漢堡扒。斟返杯冰凍嘅啤酒或者紅酒，欣賞你嘅傑作。呢個會係你整過最好嘅漢堡！

• Defrost the block of burger mince (preferably in your fridge overnight) and form into 6 patties, season well with salt and pepper and grill on the bbq or fry in a pan (No oil is needed) cook for around 3 minutes on each side.
• Add the cheese to the patties and allow to melt slightly. Let the patties rest in a warm place for around 2-3 minutes (this will allow the meat to rest and stop juices oozing out later)

Defrost the Buns and butter them liberally, then toast in a pan or on the BBQ
•
Assemble the burgers by spooning some sauce on the top part of the toasted bun, followed by the cooked patties then the bacon

Sit back and admire your handy work with an ice cold beer or a glass of red. This will be the best burger you ever make!
