綿滑鮮香，隨時享用——Ciresa 煙燻水牛芝士帶來意大利新鮮芝士的奢華體驗。採用100%意大利奶油製作，質感絲滑，帶溫和奶香，無論搭配新鮮食材或精緻菜式皆宜。
Scamorza 是一款年輕的半拉伸凝乳芝士，質地柔軟細滑、易於切片。製作方式與水牛芝士相似，但會懸掛熟成約兩星期，形成更緊實的質感。這種熟成過程亦為它贏得名字——在意大利南部意思是「斬頭」。
Affumicata 版本採用木屑進行熱燻工藝，添上怡人煙燻風味，與芝士中的清新奶香相得益彰，溫和不搶味。
