呢款冰鮮肉眼扒夠晒實惠,性價比無得輸。自己做「牛肉佬」,用我哋免費送嘅廚師刀,想切幾厚就幾厚,計返每塊牛扒最低只係$49.5,真係抵到爛!

貼心提提你:呢款牛扒嘅肉色可能會比平時食開嘅深色啲,脂肪可能會帶微微黃色。味道方面,牛味會比較濃郁,而肉質可能會比其他牛扒實淨少少、有嚼勁少少。

煮食貼士

想煮到最好食?跟住呢個小貼士:

  1. 放喺雪櫃慢速解凍一晚,等佢慢慢回軟

  2. 用橄欖油、鹽、胡椒粉、檸檬汁、喼汁,再加一片壓爛嘅奇異果,醃佢4小時(室溫就得)

  3. 奇異果嘅天然酵素可以令肉質軟化好多

  4. 用極高火燒烤,每邊煎2分鐘

  5. 煎完之後記得休息10分鐘,等肉汁重新分布

  6. 最後切薄片上碟,搞掂!
