建議烹調方法：
以海鹽、黑胡椒、蒜蓉及新鮮迷迭香為羊架均勻調味，再以高溫將表面煎至金黃焦香。放入焗爐烤至五成熟至七成熟，保留最佳嫩度與肉汁。
