所謂 Frenched（法式修切），就是我們已經替您完成最麻煩的修骨工序。
剩下的事情其實很簡單：
調味，不要想太多，然後好好把它煮好。
烹調靈感
先在脂肪層表面輕輕劃上刀痕，再均勻撒上海鹽。
脂肪面朝下先煎，直到表面呈現漂亮的金黃色焦香。
之後放入高溫焗爐約 20 分鐘，再靜置 10 分鐘。
中心呈現粉嫩粉紅色，才是羊架最佳狀態。
如果烤到全熟，那就有點可惜了。
