建議烹調方法
保持簡單就好。
以粗海鹽、現磨黑胡椒及蒜粉均勻塗抹表面調味，靜置約 30 分鐘。採用低溫慢煮方式烹調，讓油花逐漸融化並滲透整塊牛肉。
無論煙燻、燒烤或焗爐慢烤，只要給予充足時間，牛腩都會變得軟嫩多汁，輕鬆做到入口即化的效果。
切片時逆紋切開，搭配薯蓉、烤蔬菜或 BBQ 配菜享用，便是一頓令人滿足的豐盛大餐。
