Bushmills 21年是一款超高端單一麥芽愛爾蘭威士忌，先於波本桶與Oloroso雪莉桶中熟成19年，再於馬德拉桶中進行為期2年的最後熟成。酒體展現非凡深度：洋溢濃郁太妃糖、蜜糖、香料水果及摩卡香氣；口感呈現棗子、山核桃、葡萄與熱帶芒果的豐富層次；餘韻綿長如糖漿，帶有煙斗煙草與薄荷的雅緻氣息。
