批發日當日，會員去葵涌冷凍倉，直接喺架上揀原條肉同箱裝，用批發價買。北上嗰啲會員制批發倉都係咁運作，呢個喺葵涌。 On the day, members come to the Kwai Chung cold store and buy whole primals and boxes straight off the racks at wholesale prices. The membership warehouses over the border work the same way. This one is in Kwai Chung.

入冷藏庫揀貨Shop inside the cold room
著上外套行入冷藏庫。原條肉放喺架上，有重量標籤，你自己揀。Coat on, into the cold room. Whole pieces sit on the racks with weight tags and you pick the ones you want.
每公斤更平Cheaper by the kilo
平係因為你買成件或者成箱，唔係因為清貨。The price drops because you are buying a whole piece or a whole box, not because anything is being cleared.
買原條，我哋免費幫你分切。
切扒、切片、切粒都得，照你要求切好，真空包裝先走。10 公斤原條返到屋企就係一包包啱食嘅份量，直接入冰箱。 Steaks, slices or dice, cut how you want it and vacuum sealed before you leave. A 10kg primal goes home as meal-sized packs, ready for the freezer.

批發日之前電郵通知你地址同當日貨品清單，未到場已經知道有咩貨。The address and the product list are emailed before the day, so you know what is on the floor before you arrive.
當日入場、即場埋單Turn up and shop
開放時間內幾時到都得，唔使預約時間。喺架上揀你想要嘅，即場埋單，分切即刻幫你做好。Come any time during opening hours, no booking needed. Take what you want off the racks, pay on the spot, and the cutting is done while you wait.

每場批發日貨品都唔同。開門之前，會員會收到當日清單。 The range changes every warehouse day. Members get the list before the doors open.
