什麼是 Jon's Club · What it is

Jon's Club 並非一般凍肉店，而是一個讓會員親身入倉選購的批發倉。

每月一個週末，會員可穿上外套，走進葵涌冷凍倉，在貨架上直接挑選原條優質肉類，以批發價購買。我們即場分切、真空包裝，讓你買完即可輕鬆帶走。 On the day, members come to the Kwai Chung cold store and buy whole primals and boxes straight off the racks at wholesale prices. The membership warehouses over the border work the same way. This one is in Kwai Chung.

只限會員入場，每場貨品不同。想以批發價入手，記得緊貼每月開倉日。Entry is limited to members, and the range changes every time.

親臨倉庫，自己挑選Shop inside the cold room

穿上外套，進入冷藏庫。原條肉放在貨架上，附有重量標籤，由你親自挑選，品質一目了然。Coat on, into the cold room. Whole pieces sit on the racks with weight tags and you pick the ones you want.

整條買，每公斤價格更抵Cheaper by the kilo

價格更低，並非因為清貨，而是因為你整條買，整箱買。批發價，留給識貨的會員。The price drops because you are buying a whole piece or a whole box, not because anything is being cleared.

免費分切服務

買整條，免費分切。切扒、切片、切粒，均可按你要求處理。切好後真空包裝，買完即走。整條優質肉類買回家，已是一包包適合食用的份量，直接放入雪櫃即可。 Steaks, slices or dice, cut how you want it and vacuum sealed before you leave. A 10kg primal goes home as meal-sized packs, ready for the freezer.

網上加入會員Join online

會費HK$400/年，網上付款，會員資格及入場詳情即時收到。HK$400 a year, paid online. Your membership and entry details arrive straight away.

收到日期、地址及清單Get the date, address and list

開倉日前，我們會以電郵通知你地址及當日貨品清單。未到場，已可掌握當日貨源。The address and the product list are emailed before the day, so you know what is on the floor before you arrive.

當日入場，現場結賬Turn up and shop

開放時間內任何時間到達均可，毋須預約。在貨架上選購心水貨品，即場結賬，分切即時為你完成。Come any time during opening hours, no booking needed. Take what you want off the racks, pay on the spot, and the cutting is done while you wait.

每月一個週末，首場為 10 月 10 至 11 日。每次日期均會提早通知會員。One weekend a month. The first is 10-11 October, and members get each date well in advance.

是否必須買整條？ Do I have to buy a whole piece?

是，場內主要為整條及箱裝。購買整條，我們免費為你分切及真空包裝。Yes. The floor is mostly whole pieces and boxes. Buy a whole piece and we cut and vacuum seal it for you at no charge.

是否需要預約入場時間？ Do I need to book a time?

不需要。開放時間為星期六及星期日上午 10 時至下午 6 時，期間隨時到達即可。No. Doors are open 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday, come any time in between.

肉類如何運回家？ How do I get it home?

所有貨品均真空包裝，另設保溫袋。自駕或叫車最方便，現場有員工協助搬運。Everything is vacuum sealed and bagged with insulation. Driving or a car is easiest, and staff help you load.

現場有泊車位嗎？ Is there parking?

有。大廈設有停車場，泊車費用可獲全數回贈。Yes. There is parking in the building and we reimburse the fee in full.

現場有飲品小食嗎？ Are there refreshments?

有。免費咖啡、啤酒及熱狗，先到先得。Yes. Free coffee, beer and hot dogs, first come first served.

可以帶小朋友嗎？ Can I bring my kids?

當然可以，歡迎一家大細一齊來。現場設有兒童娛樂節目，並安排冷凍庫及冷藏庫導賞團。Of course, bring the whole family. There is kids entertainment, plus freezer and cold room tours.

首場開倉日會員專享：免費雞髀肉，即日消費滿 HK$1,000 減 HK$200。開倉日前截止入會。 On the opening day, every member gets free chicken thighs and HK$200 off a spend of HK$1,000 or more. Joining closes before the first warehouse day.
