The Lasagna Factory

From the same team that brought you Flat Iron and Picanhas comes the Lasagna Factory. This new restaurant draws inspiration from the cherished recipes of an Italian grandmother and is sure to breathe fresh life into Hollywood Road. The chef channels memories of his childhood afternoons spent in the kitchen with his grandmother into every dish. The experience begins with comforting starters to whet the appetite, such as Polpette, a classic Italian Wagyu beef meatball, and Noona’s Garlic Bread. At the heart of the meal are three signature lasagnas: Wagyu Short Rib Lasagna, Sand Crab Lasagna, and Organic Mushroom Lasagna. Other mains include Italian classics, Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Parmesan. Not a fan of lasagna? The steaks made famous at Flat Iron Steak are also available at the restaurant. Furthermore, the restaurant’s second floor is an event space that hosts ongoing pasta-making classes and other events.
