Head Butcher (s)– Steak King Market

Steak King is expanding from 3 stores to 5 and is looking for Head Butchers/Shop Managers to open and operate our new outlets. The concepts are situated close to residential communities and include; gourmet chilled meat counters, deli counters with fresh cut sandwiches and snacks, frozen ready meals, wines plus professional gourmet pans, and cooking gadgets.
We are looking for candidates with prior butchery experience who have the ability to create attractive counter displays, that understand meat and seafood, can host small butchery & sausage making classes and can recommend products to customers, plus can lead a small team of sales staff.
The Selected candidates will have:
- Solid experience in managing Butchers shops & Deli’s
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
- Strong Hygiene skills with an HK Hygiene cert
- Understanding of POS systems
- Understanding of social media
