 We are looking for an experienced part time baker that can work independently at our small bakery in Wong Chuk Hang. We are paying a good hourly rate and are flexible on the hours that you work (could be mornings, afternoons or evenings)

We need the baker to produce simple items such as:

Pizza Dough and pre-baked pizza bases

Focaccia & other simple breads

Burger Buns and Brioche Buns/Rolls

Pastry for Pies & Sausage Roll (including laminated dough)

Simple Cookies
