New restaurants in Hong Kong: June 2025

Flat Iron Burger Harbour City

Flat Iron Burger’s original location in Soho might have shut shop, but the burger brand has thankfully made the move to a new store at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. The go-to here is the Flat Iron Deluxe (HKD138), a perfectly caramelised and seared smash burger that features six ounces of Prime Black Angus loaded up with American cheese, bacon, house pickles, crispy onion, and Old Bay mayo. For those with smaller appetites, try opting for the Junior Burger (HKD100) as part of Flat Iron’s lunch set alongside fries, salad, and a drink.
