Steak King is now offering catering services at your home, office or secret venue. As an importer of the finest meats, seafood and produce we are perfectly aligned to cater your BBQ or event from 20 – 400 people, we are also able to cater on South Lantau, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.


Johnny Glover started his career with an international outside catering company in the UK, as a chef he travelled around Europe  executing large scale events such as Wimbledon, Paris Air Show, Farnborough Airshow, The Grand National plus Formula 1 Racing, in Hong Kong with The Butchers Club he oversaw event catering for festivals such as ClockenFlap, HK Rugby 7’s and also catered BBQ’s for the likes of AIA for up to 1000 people.

Johnny now works directly with some of the best farmers, fishermen and artisan producers around the world, he brings the finest produce to Hong Kong allowing chef Brandon and Chef Tom to create paddock to plate BBQ’s at your home or office.

Brandon Tomkinson joins Steak King and The Factory Event space after almost 4 years of working with Gordon Ramsay, he headed up the kitchens of London House and Bread Street Kitchen. Prior to Hong Kong he worked with some of the finest gastro pubs and restaurants in the UK including a stint with celebrity chefs ‘The Tanner Brothers’ at their establishment ‘The Kentish Hare’ and also a gig with the ultra-trendy Ace Hotel, in Shoreditch, London. Brandon’s cuisine can be described as modern European where the focus is making the finest raw materials taste and look amazing


Chef Tom Burney has been cooking for A-List celebrity clientele including Keanu Reeves, Kylie Minogue, Lady Gaga, Jessica J. and Chris Hemsworth. Beginning his career  in kitchen of France at age 18, he was discovered in his early 20s by Michelin-starred Chef Paul Heath-cote, he was then thrown in at the deep end of some of Europe's top kitchens including Mayfair's London's 2-Michelin-starred The Square and Bray, Oxfordshire's 3 Michelin-starred The Fat Duck by Heston Blumenthal which was named best restaurant in the World in 2006.Tom is experienced in many private chef cuisine styles, whether it's Michelin star fine dining, children's healthy nibbles or molecular gastronomy, he can accommodate to all your requirements.
