Cook this bad boy at 120 Celcius for around 7-8 hours in your oven or smoker and achieve amazing results. Wrap the brisket in foil for the first 3-4 hours, then cook without on a rack for the remaining 3-4 hours to form a 'bark' on the outside. Try our Coffee Rub to season.
