Iberico Pork Rack is the Rolls Royce of Pork roasts, the bones add huge amounts of flavour and the excellent marbling offers amazing juiciness. This 3kg joint will serve approximately 7-8 people.
Tips for cooking Sear/brown the roast in a pan for 2 minutes per side, roast in your oven (180C) for approximately 50 minutes or until juices run clear then rest for 10 minutes before carving.
