Mediterranean Marinated Sardine Fillets 1kg
Sardine fillets that have been marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and fresh herbs. Simply place them on a hot grill for around 3 minues per side and serve with a Greek salad and crusty bread. Simple yet delicious!
Sardines are silver-skinned, oily fish with softly flaking pink flesh and more than their fair share of flavour. If you've only ever had them packed in oil before, prepare yourself for a fishy revelation. We have removed the head and backbone to create grill-ready butterflied fillets.
