Lobster Roll Kit (makes 8 mini rolls)

Make your own lobster rolls at home with this simple to prepare kit

Kit Contains:

• 1 lb. of Cooked Canadian Lobster Meat
• 8 mini brioche rolls
• 1 pack of Lobster roll mayonnaise
• 1 tub garlic butter

Instructions

1. Defrost the lobster meat in the refrigerator overnight, squeeze out excess liquid
2. Combine the meat with the mayo mix
3. Butter the inside of the buns with the garlic butter and dry fry in a pan until golden brown and crunchy
4. Divide the mix between the rolls and serve.
5. Sprinkle with chopped chives (optional)
