Rib Fingers are the tender nuggets of meat that are cut from in between the bones of the Rib bones. They are great slowly cooked or smoked on the BBQ and are particularly good when slow braised in red wine and make an excellent substitute for Short Rib but at half the price. Also known as Intercostals.
Please note Rib Fingers and Short Ribs need slow cooking and are not the same meat as Ribeye
