Black Angus Chuck Tender resembles a tenderloin, it is lean and very flavourful, however it does need to be cooked slowly in your oven, BBQ or smoker. It can also be sous vide cooked for around 24 hours at 55 degrees which will tenderize it greatly. It can then be cut into steaks and grilled like a tenderloin or finished in the oven as a roast

Tips for cooking as a roast. Sear/brown the roast in a pan for 2 minutes per side, roast in your oven (150C) for approximately 120 minutes then rest for 10 minutes before carving
