Christmas Turkey (7-13 pax)

Canadian Free Range turkeys, flown in just for Christmas, we have brined it for 48 hours to add to the flavour and juiciness.

*Cut off date will be 19th December. Please be sure to enter your preferred delivery date in the comments box at checkout.

Delivery will be from 19-24th December.

Approximate dimension of Turkey: Height 8 inches, width 10 inches and length 12 inches

Available in two sizes: 

• 6kg, good for ~7-9 pax.
• 9kg, good for ~10-13 pax.

Now only available as:

• Raw & Unbrined, (Frozen)
• Brined & Ready to cook, (Chilled)
• Sous Vide Cooked, (Chilled).  -  Please note: Sous Vide cooked is not roasted and needs to be reheated nad browned in your oven, it will look raw until it is finished off in you oven.

For the Sous Vide cooked turkey:

• Place the Turkey into a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Then drop the temperature to 170 degrees for another 30 minutes.
