About

Ribeye steak is a cut out meat taken from the cow's beef rib. With a rich texture and flavour, this is considered one of the finest cuts of beef, especially with high-grade marbling.

USDA Prime is the pinnacle of grain fed Angus Beef, only 3% of the cattle raised make it to Prime grade.
