Chuck Eye Rib comes from between the ribs and backbone and has great marbling which keeps a roast tender and juicy when cooking in the oven. It also makes for one fantastic Sunday Roast! Lots of fat to keep it juicy and packed with flavour plus it carves beautifully. This roast weighs in at 2kg and will serve 6-8 people.
Tips for cooking Sear/brown the roast in a pan for 2 minutes per side, roast in your oven (180C) for approximately 40 minutes then rest for 10 minutes before carving
